CII Level 4 Diploma-qualified financial services professional with experience across Private Client service and technical Partner support. After building a strong foundation supporting high-value Private Client cases, I moved into a technical specialist role to deepen my technical knowledge across Tax, Trust and Protection and the Investment Advice Framework. I now support Partners with complex queries, explain technical information clearly and contribute to financial planning guidance, training and good client outcomes. I am keen to bring this broader technical perspective back to Private Client wealth planning.

Supported onboarding of new Private Client business across the Partnership, working with Partners, the Private Client Advice Team and business functions to progress cases
I joined St. James's Place in September 2018 as a Private Client Apprentice, marking my first role in the financial services industry. Over the 12-month apprenticeship, I gained valuable insight into SJP and its Partnership model, providing a strong foundation for my career in financial services. My role in the Private Clients team introduced me to new business support, where I was responsible for tasks such as inbox monitoring, drafting template responses, and handling Partner communications over the phone. I developed key professional skills through hands on experience and formal study, successfully completing my CII LP2 and CF1 exams. I finished the apprenticeship with a Distinction in a level 3 Financial Services Administrator apprenticeship, which demonstrated both my commitment and capabilities as an apprentice.
