Led the BU Integrated Business Plan (IBP) drum beat from a global operations perspective within the business unit. For my BU's, the net sales projection was €1.4bil for 2019 across all creation centres, which was a 15% growth vs 2018.
Responsible for leading the monthly critical product review process within the BU to ensure key stakeholders were aligned on operational topics, such as delivery projections, capacity fill rates, and action plans to mitigate potential challenges.
Worked cross-functionally not just within the BU, but other functions as well to drive key initiatives, such as allocation strategies, level loading tasks, and insights within the global operations community.
