I am a strong team player and would do my utmost to support the other 3 selected members and together we will plan a strategy which will showcase BSPS & the UK to the highest standard, of which other countries and international riders aspire to be. I will plan the time away now in advance to ensure my current team of 21 horses / ponies are taken care of for my time away and I am willing to represent BSPS to the highest standard.

- Produced show ponies and horses for competitive events at all major county shows including Royal International and Horse of the Year Show.
- Built a yard up from the 8 original stables, to now having 21 stables, a full size menage, sand arena turn out paddocks and grass turnout. All stables are full, with a waiting list to come on board.
- Recruited yard staff, who are responsible for the day to day care of the horses stables, turnout routines, feeding plans and everything other than the riding.
- Provide 1-2-1 care packages for all horses and ponies who live with us, a total of 21 to ensure they are happy, content and enjoy their work
- Coordinated training schedules and routines to enhance performance and behaviour, ie hacking on set days, school work on set days and work on the Pessoa to help keep their lives varied.
- Managed logistics for travel and accommodation arrangements for events and competitions.
- Collaborated owners to agree tailored competition programmes for each animal each season, with a clear objective set for each animal whether that be for a novice or open pony
