At Harbour Lights fish and chip shop I would welcome in customers in a polite and friendly way to create a friendly and happy environment. I would also give out information and recommendations to the customers increasing the amount of sales. I worked well with all the team members resulting in the work we were doing being more efficient. I would give information with my knowledge on what we had to offer helping to guide and help the customer decide on what they want. I would also process the payments dealing with cash accurately and efficiently allowing to bring in more customers at a quicker rate.
