I'm a second year university student, with three years experience in both table service and bartending in a busy pub, near where I grew up. My driven attitude and my energetic approach allows me to deliver a high level of service to customers. I am enthusiastic, and prepared to adapt to
a new work environment.
As of April this year, I will have been working full/part time at The Cricketers Inn for three and a half years. I will always value the welcoming and supportive team, which allowed me to grow and learn efficiently . Working as a team-member has taught me an extensive range of skills, which I continue to apply to my role as a waitress now.
Travelling - Australia/New Zealand
(February 2024 - June 2024)
In the year between my A-levels and University, I took a year out. I dedicated half this time to
working, saving money and gaining experience in the hospitality sector. I then spent 12
exciting weeks exploring Australia and New Zealand. This trip taught me valuable life lessons within
the process of travelling independently and also within a group. Through the latter, I developed my
skills by not just meeting, but living with new people.
Scouts - 7th Epsom (Methodist) Scout Group
(2009-2021)
During my life, I've been involved in scouting, moving through all the sections and onto being a
young leader. This venture remains one of my most significant experiences. I made friends for life,
and it provided me with brilliant opportunities for over 12 years. I was lucky enough to go on several
trips, which allowed me to experience many amazing cities and cultures. It taught me all about
responsibility and independence which applied over my travels three years later.
