My role within Bath Mind was to work with individuals referred to the service to identify their recovery pathway to move towards their goals, maintaining a person-centred, flexible approach, walking alongside the person, and implementing interventions and safety plans. I worked flexibly in the community and remotely to meet the service needs, responding to referrals within service timeframes.
I worked within a multidisciplinary team to specifically support young people transitioning from CAMHS to adult mental health services under the Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership. I guided individuals through recovery processes by providing tailored support and resources for successful outcomes.
On completion of the PGCert in Psychological Therapies Practice, I worked within a charity to provide low-intensity CBT to young people, as well as running psycho-educational workshops to small groups.
