I was honoured with the EE Customer Adviser of the Year 2023 award for the South West Region. This recognition is particularly special to me as it highlights the hard work and dedication I've put into providing exceptional service to our customers. Additionally, this achievement allowed me to secure a top-five place nationally in the EE consumer awards,

I had the privilege of representing BT Business at the South West Business Awards, where I was entered into the Customer Adviser of the Year awards for 2023. It was a fantastic experience, and I am proud to say that I achieved a top-five position with honours.

In recognition of my contributions to promoting inclusion, ethnicity, and diversity in business, I was awarded the BT Business Breaking Boundaries Leader of the Year Award for 2023. This accolade means a great deal to me as it underscores the importance of fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
