Handled a large number of inbound calls assisting financial advisors with client queries. Took ownership of all interactions in a timely manner, maintained up to date records, and often liaised with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to the end client.

Working in the skies, on both short and long haul flights. Often tasked with leading pre-flight briefings and conducting thorough security checks to ensure aircraft safety. Delivering exceptional customer service throughout flights was priority, particularly in business and first class. On occasions, I administered first aid and managed medical situations promptly and professionally, maintaining calm and reassurance among passengers.

Handled inbound 999 emergency calls, assessed situation severity, and responded calmly to ensure efficient patient care. Planned and dispatched paramedics to guarantee rapid medical assistance.

Planned, booked, and delivered seamless holiday experiences, providing personalised service to maximise client satisfaction and revenue, consistently meeting and exceeding targets. Supported various teams including customer relations, accounts, and retail store management.

Oversaw the running of the sales floor and managing daily operations such as stockroom organisation and store layout.
