As part of my work experience placement, I worked alongside the Therapy team at Mount Vernon Cancer Centre. I was able to observe how Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist support and rehabilitate patients who are undergoing cancer treatments such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy. I have an interest in sports and anatomy and this work experience has inspired me to work towards achieving my goal of being a physiotherapist in the future. At the end of the work experience I received positive feedback from the team.
