My Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare has equipped me with effective communication strategies, enabling me to ask the right questions and approach challenging behaviors with a calm and collected demeanor. This approach, applicable to any job, has proven to be a valuable tool in navigating difficult situations. Additionally, my attentive listening skills have taught me the importance of understanding and sympathizing with others' stressors to find workable solutions. As I embark on a new venture, I am eager to apply the skills acquired over 15 years of employment. I seek new and exciting challenges to learn new skills and build a sustainable career with promising prospects. Supporting adults with learning disabilities in their daily lives by;
· Deliver personal care or prompts when required
· Assisting with meal preparation and cooking
