Summary

I studied with the late great Clifford Jarvis from 1989 - 1997 and have performed both nationally and internationally. I have also performed at Live 8 (Africa Calling 2005) and Glastonbury 2023. I am also experienced in theatre performances including Sadlers Wells and Hackney Empire among others and I am proficient in teaching students a range of musical styles of drumming including jazz, world music, rock and funk and teach drum kit maintenance and tuning.

I am knowledgeable in jazz drumming and music theory, and utilize collaborative learning and games-based approaches to enhance creativity and skills. I hold an advanced DBS check to ensure a safe environment for all leaners.
