Bake bread and cookies daily.
Ensure food storage and preparation areas meet Health & Safety and Audit standards.

Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional service.
Take orders accurately and efficiently.
Upsell additional products based on promotions and customer needs.

• Store Operations

Operate the till and handle transactions.
Monitor stock levels and check in deliveries.
Maintain stock rotation to reduce waste

• Cleanliness & Hygiene

Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
Maintain personal hygiene and uniform standards.
Ensure compliance with Subway® and Sodexo Food Safety Policies

• Teamwork & Brand Promotion

Work collaboratively with team members.
Attend training programs
