As a young individual in a motor vehicle course at college I have gained active teamwork skills with my peers by working towards shared objectives. This also strengthens my communication abilities as I need to communicate to my peers to get the task in hand accomplished efficiently and safely. I also like to bring a healthy competition wherever I go pushing those around me to work harder and thrive in their set task but can also be a team player. I’ve also grasped the skill of keeping cool, calm and collected under pressure. I’m also adaptable as I have to work in groups of different people to complete specific objectives., One of my hobbies is going to the gym. This showed me that I must be consistent and put hard work to achieve what I want which leads me to be result driven., My other hobby is to resell. This requires me to speak and deal with customers, this also means I know how to satisfy customers and I’m experienced with customers. This creates the skill of management whether it's money or customers. I am also organised, an example of this is when a customer makes an order I'll sort everything out the same day.
