• I am well-versed in ISO 15189:2012 standards, which outline the requirements for quality and competence in medical laboratories.

• Analysis and interpretation of variants from Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data using the standard guidelines (ACMG, CLIA, CAP, etc).
• Extensively experienced and proficient in meticulously analyzing various types of mutations from NGS data, specializing in the identification and characterization of cancer-related mutations.
• Expertise in analyzing and classifying variants, distinguishing between pathogenic, benign, and Variants of Uncertain Significance (VUS) according to ACMG guidelines.
• Collaboration with an expert team in the analysis and interpretation of the NGS analysis and genetic testing results. Determine patient treatment plans by reviewing laboratory work, literature, and patient histories.
