Boots Opticians July 2009 - Present

Throughout my time at Boots Opticians I have been a supervisor for Pre-registration students. A particularly rewarding role nurturing and mentoring student throughout challenging year and celebrating the successes along the way.

Over the last number of years the Optometry profession has expanded its scope of practice to manage more eye conditions that would otherwise need to be seen in a hospital setting. To help facilitate this I recently completed the Diploma in Therapeutics: Independent Prescribing, very much benefiting the patient.
