  • Working closely with contractors to support and strengthen the EdTech Hub's programme governance, compliance, supply chain mapping and monitoring, evaluation, learning, adaptation (MELA).
  • Engaging with delivery partners, government partners, communities and other stakeholders to ensure changing local context drives delivery decisions. Collecting feedback from delivery partners and constituents and welcoming challenges and scrutiny to implement continuous improvements to maximise impact.

Key Achievement: Putting a robust governance structure in place with one of our key charity partners, which allowed us to anticipate funding reductions during the ODA pause and plan ahead to ensure that all of our programme activities were sufficiently funded without cancellations.
