  • Working for the Allocate On Arrival team at Barnsley Hospital, this was also a flexible working job role where myself and the rest of the team chose our own shifts each month and were allocated to different areas to help maintain safe staffing levels and improve patient flow throughout the trust. We didn't have a ward base and were coordinated by the site matrons at Barnsley Hospital. I enjoyed this role and worked permanent nights throughout. I worked 37.5 hours per week.
