Oversee and lead a global marketing team of 20 across the UK, Dubai and Asia driving the marketing of UK property for Select Property.
Set and deliver the marketing strategy globally with a joined up approach with the global team.
Led and implemented a global rebrand and refresh across all the marketing channels, including the deliver of a new global website to create a better platform for lead generation and brand awareness.
Built out a structured approach to the marketing function with set budgets, plans and reporting, on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Reviewed the full marketing journey to build on an already established sales pipeline, by mapping out the customer journey, personnas and targeting across different territories which has now been implemented globally.
Manage and set the agency strategies across digital acquisition, PR and social media agencies, maintaining the relationships and delivery with all partners.
Oversee the end-user marketing for Affinity Living including lead generation for the lettings and the brand awareness activity.
Driven a shift in approach to content and communications for the business, implementing a global content calendar. This includes SEO optimised content through to thought leadership podcast series.
Oversee the CRM function, with the business using Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
Implementing new ways of working including introducing Whatsapp both in the UAE and the UK, reducing an over reliance on email marketing.
Managing and implementing events across the UK and UAE to partners, agents and direct to investors. An example of this is Cityscape Global in Saudi Arabia where we took a stand and drove 10 deals resulting £3.5 million in revenue.

With a £1.5 billion portfolio I was responsible for the marketing and brand strategy with a team of 15, across Bruntwood, Bruntwood Works, Affleck's and Hatch and town centres inclusive of shopping centres.
Lead and managed the marketing strategy and plans across all products and services across commercial workspaces, town centres and consumer brands, and the implementation and delivery of those marketing plans and campaigns with the marketing team.
Lead the brand architecture, strategy and creative identity implementation across Bruntwood and Bruntwood Works and also evolving and establishing the town centre and consumer brands - Stamford Quarter, Stretford, Hatch and Afflecks.
Lead and implemented annual budget setting with an annual budget of over £2 million, including weekly, month and quarterly reporting.
Successfully implemented a graphic design function over the last three years to sit within brand, with a cost saving of over £250,000 annually.
Drove an end to end campaign approach across the marketing function from what was previously a brochure driven team.
Implemented and led the digital approach and strategy, alongside the digital team to ensure objectives align to the marketing campaigns for each region and goals.
Delivered the Bruntwood Works ‘Pioneer' brand proposition, with a value of £200 million, as a go to market strategy and then successfully implemented six Pioneer building marketing campaigns.
Implemented a roster of creative, PR and digital agencies of which I'm the relationship owner for all brand, marketing and PR campaigns being delivered by Bruntwood.
Marketing strategy and direction for the joint ventures with Trafford Council and Bury Council (public and private partnerships) leading the strategy across three town centres (inclusive of shopping centres).
