Developed and implemented a new comprehensive history curriculum that increased studentengagement and performance at both KS4 and KS5. Led a team of history teachers in creating innovative decolonised resources and lessons, leading to a Gold Badge from the Institute of Education and Social Equity. Spearheaded professional development workshop for History Teachers in Hackney, focusing on pedagogy and marking strategies in 2022. Organise and oversee regular educational field trips in the UK and abroad, enriching students' understanding of key historical events.
Leading a team of examiners in marking GCSE History papers for AQA Co-ordinated online training sessions for examiners to enhance their knowledge and skills
