Summary

I am a dedicated and enthusiastic person looking to enhance the skills that I have developed thus far. I believe my future lies in working with children and people, within a teaching and mentoring capacity. The experience I gained from being a part of the peer mentoring programme within the University has given me a real insight into how beneficial it is to be a part of such a helpful team during a difficult transition for first-year students. I truly believe, and always have, that teachers and caregivers have the ability to impact young children's lives in a positive way and can really make a difference. This is something that I would love to be involved in, as I feel my experience of genuine care and attention within a school environment has impacted my life and who I am today.
