Daily workload involves a range of RCR-RCL and General Virology assay manipulations of negative, test article and positive samples. These include performing cell maintenance and end point testing such as hemagglutination, hemadsorption, cytotoxic staining, preparing immunofluorescence slides, observing cytopathic effect and product enhanced reverse transcriptase (QPERT).
