Hannah Harrison

I started as a Bar Associate and worked my way up the career ladder to Shift Leader. I have also worked at a variety of locations within the chain, providing me diverse experiences.

My role as shift leader was to assist management with the daily running of the pub and the team on shift, ensuring company policy and procedures were adhered to at all times. This included providing an excellent service for customers, keeping the pub clean and tidy, delegating tasks accordingly to meet business needs, replenishing stock levels, as well as stock control procedures, carrying out cash control procedures throughout the shifts, as well as floating tills and safe counts. In addition I also had to do the tills on opening and closing the pub.
