I work at a small company called Enable Holidays, we are travel consultants for those with disabilities, which means that they have the guarantee of having an accessible holiday tailor made for them.

I am currently doing a level 3 apprenticeship on customer service, this means that on top of my day to day roles, I have to complete assignments to therefore achieve my qualification. Aside from my apprenticeship, I work in the admin team, once our customers book their holiday, it is my job to make sure all arrangements are in place, we ensure we update the customers on any important information about their forthcoming holiday for example flight time changes. We want our customers to receive the best service from us and enjoy their time away so that the business can grow.

• My role in this job is to coach gymnastics and trampolining to children the ages of 2-14. This included children with learning and physical disabilities.
• I can talk to customers about their child's achievement and future rewards.
• Lessons include demonstration and support of children when using the apparatus.
• Customer service is a big part of this job as we must make sure we give the right information about the gymnastics classes and other services.
• Our main responsibility is to keep the children in a safe and fun environment.
