During my time with Essex Police, I worked in the Contact Centre handling a range of public interactions, including 999 calls, 101 calls, and live chat enquiries. This role strengthened my ability to remain calm under pressure, communicate effectively, and support members of the public during emergency and high-pressure situations.
I returned to Boots after a four-month travel break and was welcomed back due to my previous experience as an Assistant Manager within the same store. In this role, I focused on delivering a positive customer experience while helping to organise and maintain the shop floor.
