Volunteered at Waves which caters for young people and adults with various degrees of disabilities ranging from autism to fully disabled I have helped to provide various fun activities to all levels of disability from those in wheelchairs to able bodied persons Whilst there, to a certain level, I helped organise transport to places like the leisure centre and supervised the young people arriving there safely
Keen Badminton player and have represented Yorkshire numerous times and was elected as team captain setting a good example for all team members by encouragement and inclusion I competed in many tournaments and trained three times a week where I focused on improving my fitness and my overall game Now I play for fun at various teams and places, where I am also captain which means I organise the locations of games, I pick the team and make sure everyone can arrive promptly, I deal with any problems or minor issues that arise, and it’s also my job to deal with any other variables relating to badminton and the match
