I am a current student at the University of Winchester. During my Career I have worked across multiple organisations to strive to help and support everyone I work with. I am passionate about creating a positive and therapeutic workplace where everyone feels welcome. I have a passion for communicating with people and feel this is one of my best attributes.
Working as a Project Coordinator, helped me to work and inspire individuals alongside my degree. This helped me to grow in confidence when planning and leading different projects. These leadership skills have helped me develop my self confidence.
Working as a care assistant helped me explore my passion for helping people and developing professional therapeutic relationships with people. I throughly loved supporting a diverse group of people at any moment they needed support. This role helped me expand my skills of being flexible and learning time management skills.
During my time with the company I helped support customers and work effectively within a wide spread team. This position helped me develop multiple ways of communicating on an individual bases and with a wider team. This opportunity also helped me grow a knowledge of setting achievable targets and support everyone to grow effectively within a team.

I have a longstanding enthusiasm for helping and supporting people, this has lead me to have found previous employment in supporting vulnerable adults and working in a healthcare setting. I have loved this work and it has shown me hoe effective communication can be. University has helped me gain skills in working to tight budgets and timelines with project management skills.
Furthermore I am an enthusiastic, hardworking individual who is currently set to study Politics and International Relations In September. I have just decided to take a break from my original year of study at The university of Winchester in Adult nursing. This year helped me understand the need for hardworking and the need for confidentiality at all times when dealing with the public. I am seeking a Job to help support myself before starting . I thoroughly enjoy working with the public and have a broad experience of working with all age groups in society through my youth volunteer work and supporting the elderly within my church community by social visits, providing home cooked meals and assisting with dog walking.
