Hanna Powell

I am Hanna Powell, a 17-year-old well motivated and reliable individual. Following my success in all my GCSE in the summer, I decided to begin a T Level in Business and Management in Herefordshire Collage. I am thoroughly enjoying this course so far, providing me with an insight to all distinct aspects of business from Marketing to Finance.

I have a keen interest in the business world and pursuing a career in this industry. I currently work in a local coffee shop business. This allows me to be exposed to the real world. Also, in my spare time I have other interests, for example sports, such as hockey and netball. I play in local teams, and this allows me to adapt all types of skills such as teamwork, making friends and leadership skills. In this time, I can always remain focussed and very organised.

I am a mature team worker and adaptable to all challenging situations. I can work well both in a team environment as well as using own initiative. I am a dedicated individual that also wants to achieve to the highest standard. I am a reliable individual who will complete all tasks to the best of my ability. My current job has enabled me to deal with customers and the ability to communicate and work with colleagues in a positive and effective way.

• Sports- Since a young age I have been interested in Hockey and netball. I play for Radnor Ladies Hockey Team in Llandrinod Wells every Wednesday. Also, I play for a Netball club under 18s in Brecon every Monday evening.
• Agriculture- I live on a farm just outside of Builth Wells, I have grown in this type of environment and enjoy helping out as much as I can. I enjoy all aspects of the farm as there are always jobs to be done!
