I am a highly-organised Case Administrator of 5 years, working meticulously and methodically to provide enhanced administrative support in the Probation Service. In the first 2 years of my role, I was based within Social Services, carrying out Safeguarding checks and providing Probation Practitioners with information on children/young adults who had associations with a Person on Probation.
After this role, I joined the Offender Management Unit Case Administrators, where on a daily basis I was offering administrative support to the Probation Practitioners. This involved case management, sending letters, breach preparation, and general admin duties in order to assist the Practitioners in their role.
Since March 2023 I have taken on a performance target specific role within the East Kent region, in total covering 5 offices. This involves working closely with the Head/Deputy Head of East Kent. My duties include monitoring daily targets, communicating with Probation Practitioners and external agencies to ensure they are aware of upcoming deadlines, and reporting any target-related issues to management.
