
CompTIA A+ certified technology professional who has real life, hands on experience of the web based platforms as well as internal users support by the position of an Application Support. I take ownership of problems instead of waiting for instructions and I like finding the root cause, testing the solution and documenting the changes in an understandable way on Windows, Linux and Microsoft 365. Being engaged in several years of fast-paced service roles, I have learned how to keep calm with users, how to explain the technical issues in simple words and how to inform people continuously. I actively look for feedback and reflect on my work so I can keep improving rather than aiming for perfection on the first try. Currently I am looking for a new challenge.
