patient cantered practice-s our practice is rural based and lot of elderly patient who has trouble in commuting to the local hospital. In order to be patient cantered practice , comprehensive care and services provided like joint injection/ minor surgeries/ coagulation check/ ECG/ spirometry/ dispensary phlebotomy/ Coil fitting/Implants/ pessary/ Delivery of medications to elderly patient who don't drive.Leadership- since retirement of my senior partner in2016, I have multi role in the single handed practice like recruitment of staff/ Doctors/ guiding the dispensary staff in prescription matters/ over seeing manager work/ Dispensary / staff to guide them to perform there role in a efficient and professional way as a leader to the primary care practice.

Teaching and education- I do train my colleague salaried Doctors in Joint injection and minor ops. I also supervise the HCA and nurses in INR star and chronic Disease management. I share teh educational activities with other staff and colleague to update on the knowledge and to practice in par with new guidelines.

I am doing fellowship in Regenerative medicine in MSK so I could offer PRP joint injection provided my health board and professional indemnity allows to practice.

Innovation and creativity- I started using Ultrasound for Diagnostic therapeutic purpose which is very helpful forpatients reassurance In clinical dilemmas.Academia and research-I do regualarlynGPmupdate courses, online BMJ modules and relevant courses as per patient PUNS and DUNs. I have done Ultrasound training for 30 hours so I could help my patients in immediate Diagnosis in grey areas. As par5 of fellowship in regenerative medicine attended y of Cadavers PRP joint injection and still 9 days to complete as requirements of Fellowship to be awarded.
