Shadowed experienced mechanics during MOT tests and general repairs.
Learned about the use of diagnostic tools and the importance of health and safety in a workshop environment.
Assisted with checking tyre pressure and topping up essential fluids (e.g. washer fluid, engine oil).
Helped with basic administrative tasks such as filing service records and organising appointment bookings.
Supported with maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
