Summary

I have over 20 years experience in education and have worked in a variety of roles. This I feel allows me to understand and support all educational colleagues both in teaching and support roles. I have a very child-centred approach to teaching and having worked with a variety of SEN needs and am able to understand some of the barriers (and successes) our students must go through.

I currently mentor many students, supporting them with their learning and social difficulties and working with other members of staff to help them succeed.

I have attended and implemented a number of courses and initiatives in schools and have a wealth of knowledge as to what works best with particular students.
