I am an enthusiastic and motivated English literature graduate with extensive experience in online and in-person customer-facing roles. My work handling complex financial issues with customers for the Civil Service, alongside my work for the literary social media start-up lit.salon has prepared me to be comfortable with sensitive social interactions.
