  • Directly managing 45 drivers, I monitor metrics ranging from on-time deliveries to safe driving practices, attendance, and other key performance indicators
  • As the Transport Compliance lead, i'm overseeing both Van and Driver Compliance aspects, This included:
  • - Monitoring processes for recording and arranging repair of van damages, including managing collision procedures
