I have developed an isolated provision that is now integral to the whole school, that has systems, quality teaching and learning where student make significant progress.

I create positive relationships with staff, young people, parents/ carers, agencies and the surrounding community.

Collate, monitor, evaluate and report on data that contributes to progress both academically as well as socially and emotionally.

To create alternative provision within a mainstream setting ranging from 1 to 1 and small group work to school wide staff training.

Work with the most vulnerable students at risk of permanent exclusion to contribute to the inclusive environment at school.

Work alongside the special educational needs department supporting those students who struggle with behavioural issues.

Manage the north centre alternative provision:

• Managing the buildings and contents
• Managing centre staff and incoming teaching staff
• Data including attendance and progression
• Meetings with parents/ carers, agencies, Manchester PRU and the community.
• Day to day provision including lunches, registers, visitors, local businesses.
• Contribute to staff meetings and training.
