Started employment at Carnaud Metelbox Engineering 1/4/2016 as a machine operator on a Mandelli Rock 2600 (siemens 840D) setting and machining a variety of parts for the companies Can making machines.

Duties included.

• Operating CNC machinery to meet production deadlines in a timely manner.
• Proving out of programs and making edits if needed to improve process and Tool life.
• Utilizing micrometers and Bore Micrometers to ensure precision in measurements.
• Trained new employees on machine operation.

In 2024 I acted on an opportunity to draw on my previous skills of CAD/CAM programing and moved on to a Mazak FJV 5-Face 60/80 to implement the companies continuous improvement of there Die Set manufacture.

• Generating Set Up sheets on Siemens NX.
• Generating Tool Builds on Siemens NX.
• Programming finishing programs using Mazatrol Smooth Cam AI.

• Utilized micrometers and High precision bore micrometers to ensure the specified tolerances are met (as low as 5microns).

Experience in machining various materials such as API spec 4140, 420, Super 13, Super Duplex Alloy 925 and Alloy 718
