A highly motivated and hard working individual with many years of experience in the customer service industry. My willingness to entertain ideas that are creative and outside of the box allows me to oer an alternative viewpoint to problems at hand; enabling me to provide an ecient and excellent service through knowledge of my product, patience and care. Working with a variety of dierent managers over the years has allowed me to adapt and change where and when I need to in order to the needs of my team and to customers. Trustworthy, punctuality and consistency are all traits which are important to me as they all decide upon your impression left on your superiors, the team you're working with and the customers whom you interact with. Taking on the responsibility of being my local football team's captain for many seasons was a privilege to me as it led me onto taking on a level of responsibility throughout the football seasons. During my time as the team captain we took the stage at many cup finals and league runners up.

  • Responsibility of opening and closing the store in the afternoon (openings) to the early hours of the next morning (closing).
  • Organising the weekly rotas, including delegating roles and responsibilities to team members, this required delegating with staff members when they are available to work and when they cannot; doing this with 8-10 teenagers proved to be a struggle but nevertheless once I had put a system in place the task seemed easy enough.
  • Training and mentoring new staff members, this role required 24/7 maintenance util the new member was 'signed off' on his/her role(s)
  • Taking customer orders on the computerised system, this was done at a fast pace getting orders and requests 'right first time' to allow a swift and constant flow of orders at a steady pace to allow full capacity operations.
  • Imputing all day to day data on the system including customer orders, stock to order and end of day cash up.
