Gunay Ahmet

currently work as a liaison between football clubs, athletes, and Under Armour’s testing programmes in partnership with Rising Ballers. My role involved identifying and inviting teams and players to the Under Armour Testing Centre at Battersea Power Station, where athletes were tested on their athletic ability and given the opportunity to become Under Armour athletes. During my time working with Rising Ballers and Under Armour, I invited over 300+ teams and hundreds of individual players into the programme, while also helping facilitate sponsorships for teams.

Alongside this, I lead and manage Rising Ballers Showcase Games, taking responsibility for talent recruitment, planning, and on-the-day delivery. These showcase games have generated millions of views across social media, with players going on to secure contracts. The first showcase game I led gained over 290,000 views on YouTube, while the second showcase, which was a collaboration with Lyle & Scott, performed even stronger, becoming one of Rising Ballers’ top five most-viewed videos with 461,000+ views on YouTube and millions across social platforms.

I have also supported Rising Ballers on brand-led projects, including work with Skechers Football. I helped with talent recruitment for their “King of Comfort” campaign, which performed well across social media, and I also assisted with sourcing and organising international talent for a separate Skechers advert.

In addition to this, I work within creative direction at Rising Ballers and lead the “London’s Fastest Baller” project. I am responsible for directing the project, recruiting athletes, and managing the event on the day. I have led London’s Fastest Baller 1, 2, and 3, with the combined race videos gaining over 250 million views online, making it one of the best-performing projects in Rising Ballers’ history. My role covered both behind-the-scenes organisation and directing athletes during filming.

in the year 2023 i decided to create a football club with the support of my friends , we are a showcase team based in Hackney . i have organised games and training sessions with my club apromotednd also our club on other pages . we have had support from some professional football players also giving us equipment due to my networking and we are a club who are still growing

I was selected by my school to spearhead the JP Morgan Schools Challenge from 2021 to 2023 as the project manager. Our goal was to conceive an innovative solution to advance environmental cleanliness and safety. In my leadership role, I adeptly guided the team through complex challenges, developing and executing strategic solutions with resolute determination.

Operating within a defined budget, we engineered "Fishbolts," a device designed to affix to boat hulls and efficiently capture debris from aquatic environments. Our presentation of this concept to the JP Morgan judges was a notable success. The experience was profoundly rewarding, equipping me with a wealth of new skills and deep insights into project management and environmental technology.

i got chosen to do work experience at freshfields bruckhaus deringer where we experienced what its like to be a lawyer to and help a client on their case as they wanted to peruse legal action. we were going through many papers and evidence and helped battle this case to help our client win .We did loads of research and gathered up a plethora of evidence to help out our client. after we got our information we had to present this out infront of everyone and we went on to go and debate our point of view.
