Senior Product Manager
Zuno - part of the HomeServe Group
London
2023.07 - 2026.07
Since joining in July 2023 I've focused on growth and acquisition initiatives for our eCommerce website, optimising high-traffic journeys and helping UK-based homeowners find and buy the right heating, cooling and renewable products for their home.
I've managed up to 2 cross-functional teams of software developers, QA engineers and designers and I've line-managed an associate Product Manager.
From 2023 to 2025 I've looked after the expansion of the product range: scaling our solar panel installation proposition, launching a battery-only proposition and establishing us as the first UK company offering a fully online quote and purchase journey for heat pumps, with full MCS compliance.
In 2025, Zuno signed its first major white-labelling client : E.ON Next, the leading UK utility company. Within 6 months my teams launched 4 seamless online journeys offering the installation of renewable products along with a compatible tariff recommendation and a tariff switch. To this day we are the only company offering this all-in-one journey in the UK and we've found that tariff switch recommendations can deliver a 20-50% uplift to our overall checkout conversion rate.
In 2026, I've supported Zuno's commercial growth through the optimisation of our eCommerce journeys, re-vamping our experimentation practice with the rollout of PostHog as an all in one product analytics and AB test management tool. I've elevated the Product practice by producing an experimentation playbook and organising training sessions, moving us from a central experimentation team bottleneck to a distributed self-serve model and resulting in a steep increase in the pace and volume of experimentation over the last year.
Senior Product Manager
Cleo AI
LONDON
2020.11 - 2023.06
Joining in 2020 shortly after a $44m series B funding, I managed a cross-functional product team of c.8-10 individuals at this consumer Fintech company.
I looked after Cleo’s most profitable feature, small personal loans, and constantly looked for ways to drive higher user satisfaction and retention through innovative solutions addressing real financial pain points, including:
Using Data Science to predict negative account balances 48h in advance.
Using behavioural science to make users feel more empowered and willing to take positive actions for their finances.
Leveraging the latest AI and chat technology to make financial management more fun, engaging and educational.
My squad significantly contributed to a 90% improvement in Cleo’s EBITDA margin in 2022 through lower arrears and higher retention.

Triathlon finisher: Triathlon training has been my main sport in the last 3 years. I've completed two olympic distances, one half Ironman distance and I'm signed up for a full Ironman distance in summer 2026.
Wine geek: I realised in my thirties that I knew very little about wine and wine-making, despite many members of my family being in this industry in France. I decided to educate myself and completed two qualifications at London's Wine and Spirit Education Trust (Level 2 and Level 3).
