• With my current and previous careers at Ocean Estate Agents and Sainsburys, I was set roles of helping other staff with their jobs. At Ocean this entailed helping teach new starters and being someone they can rely on if they have any queries due to my extensive knowledge of my role if a manager wasn't available. At Sainsburys, I oversaw setting the roles for my shift and delegating staff to the correct areas and understanding times of when the store could be busier and prior planning this to avoid any disruptions.
• In my spare time, I also play football for my local team, I am currently goalkeeper and have been Captain for my previous teams. This entailed me helping oversee the whole game and understanding where issues could arise.
