• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance, coordinating contractors and ensuring compliance with school policies and legislation.

• Maintain grounds and external areas, ensuring safe access in all weather conditions.
• Support school operations through efficient room setups, porterage, and event preparation.

• Support the Site Manager in maintaining a safe, clean, and secure school environment.
• Carry out routine maintenance, minor repairs, and basic DIY tasks across the site.
• Assist with daily site operations, including opening/closing procedures and room setups.
• Help monitor site security, reporting issues and responding to incidents when required.
• Support the cleaning team and carry out occasional cleaning duties to maintain high standards.

Manage end‑to‑end delivery of specialist vinyl installation projects for commercial, NHS, and government clients, ensuring all work meets industry standards and strict compliance requirements. Conduct detailed site surveys, produce risk assessments and method statements (RAMS), and oversee safe working practices on every installation. Handle technical tasks including substrate preparation, precision cutting, heat‑welding, and installation of safety flooring, wall protection, and commercial‑grade vinyl systems.

Coordinate project planning, procurement, and logistics, ensuring accurate material specifications and efficient workflow management. Maintain full financial oversight of the business, including quoting, budgeting, invoicing, and cost control. Liaise directly with clients, contractors, and site managers to ensure seamless project delivery, quality assurance, and adherence to regulatory and organisational standards. Provide aftercare, inspections, and ongoing maintenance support where required.
