Over my Fire Brigade career I developed the ability to work well under pressure I was in charge of many challenging operational incidents where I led personnel in often adverse conditions Good people skills allowed me to liaise effectively with a wide range of members of the public and numerous associated organisations I was responsible for watch training and development, HR and Fire Safety Inspections I am experienced in a wide variety of report writing eg post incident, witness statements for courts and fire safety inspection reports, using numerous software packages
