
I'm an accomplished professional in the solar industry with over 8 years experience in design, project management, B2C & B2B sales with a deep skillset & understanding of solar installations from feasibility through to install. I'm looking to find the right company in the commercial solar space and help them & myself grow in an exciting period in the industry.
Following some successful installs while consulting I joined Sunlite to help grow their commercial solar department. I am responsible for managing the office team and leading the sales process from feasibility to installation. I have also helped optimise current processes on all sides of the business and have started to implement the use of AI to keep the business lean in a time of growth. and since starting have added over £15m to the sales pipeline.

Upon leaving Sustain I did some consulting for a few companies to help optimise their process and help grow their commercial offerings. I worked with a long-time client called Powerhub Solutions to help sub-contract their solar installation with these selected partners which led to being approached by Sunlite Group LTD following a number of successful installs to be their head of commercial.

Upon leaving my role at Green Pulse Energy I chose to move back into the commercial side of solar. They also have a sister residential company called Residential Solar LTD which I am also involved with running. Using my knowledge and skills gained from previous roles have helped me excel in managing the sales process and team. Since joining have implemented new processes to help control the sales cycle and have been instrumental in their rebranding and website relauch. On the Residential side I help bring the sales conversion down from 1 in 10 to 1 in 4.

After excelling in my knowledge and sales ability I was promoted to be head of Sales and Installs at Green Pulse Energy within 3 months of joining the business. During the time I was a sales consultant I helped change processes, helped implement a new CRM system and was a key part of the team running 2 installs a day and liaising with sales managers to make sure the processes were smooth from sale to install.

Since joining Push energy I initially started on the residential team producing technical drawings and carrying out site surveys & over time my role has developed into the renewable side of the business. I progressed to managing the design team within the renewables department responsible for running projects with some of the biggest clients in the world including Amazon & Tesco.
