As a long term employee I have gained many skills and attributes in which I look forward to implementing within my future employments.

I am a very kind and well spoken man with key skills in communicating with customers regarding sales, care and escalations. If someone is not happy, im confident in de-escalating the situation professionally.

I believe the future success of any business lies within the ability of the staff to maintain a friendly approach to their customers and to imply the ethos of caring about them. Retention of clients is of upmost importance to me and will directly effect results in growth and reviews.

I am always positive, happy go lucky, and thrive in pressured situations. Physical handling is a joy to me as I am very tall, strong and enjoy the outside life and variations of different job roles.

My role in my previous employment was of a family run business. Therefore I have gained a lot of experience in; customer sales, retention and Customer care. On a daily basis I would be involved in Vehicle maintenance, records, and compliance. I thrive in vehicle logistics due to my extensive knowledge of the area and key factors such as fuel efficiency, working to timescales and staff wellbeing.

I have thorough experience with accounts payable, invoicing and data collection via excel.

I am punctual and flexible. I am more than aware there are many external factors which can delay or produce barriers in logistics, and am always happy to be the one to resolve situations or be the last one to leave the premises if needs be.

Finally, a little about myself. After finishing my A-levels with great results, I became a care worker for adults with learning difficulties. This quickly led to me taking a course in Weston College to become a teacher for their curriculum for adults with learning difficulties.

I have always trained in Martial arts, I have been all over the world to compete since I was 10 years old, including the world championships. I also spent 10 years teaching martial arts to adults and children. I thoroughly enjoyed this as it is a respectful and structured sport.

Up until now I have been involved in the waste and transport business mentioned above. This role gave me independence and the room to grow. Of which I am grateful for and would do over again in my next life.

I have a beautiful wife and two 'almost' angelic girls. My hobbies include outdoor activities, walking the dog and going to the gym early in the morning.
