GREG DALTON

Site Manager/Cartaker
Poynton

Summary

A highly dependable and responsible Site Manager/Caretaker with over 6 years of experience in managing large and diverse premises, including being a key holder in school and college environments. Proven track record of maintaining safety and security of property, students and staff. Skilled in fire alarm testing, routine maintenance, and extremely stringent record-keeping. Experienced in coordinating security call outs and out of hours work, including locking and unlocking buildings in the evenings and at weekends. I was committed to the development of handyman skills for minor repair and maintenance work. Experienced in using ICT systems such as CCTV and access control interfaces to manage sites effectively and maintain security.

Since leaving my post as Site Manager/Caretaker in late 2022, having worked as a key worker throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, I have spent some time traveling and reassessing my career direction. I then chose to pursue a career in transport and have since advanced, obtaining a Cat C+E driving license.
