Represent the airline and handler community at multiple airport forums including, Below Wing AUC, Terminal community meetings and Baggage community meetings.

Manage operational disruption alongside Heathrow Airport ltd to ensure that all parties have full situational awareness , holding the airport authority to account on their obligations during and after operational incidents.

Oversee the airport community contracts for BRS, airside passenger bussing and tagless bag repatriation.

Leads the Below Wing AOC meeting to the viewpoints of the operators and play them back to Heathrow Airport ltd to effect change and ensure engagement on process change and project implementation.

Ensures that full engagement with stakeholders is met for capital projects that will affect the carrier community. Plays back viewpoints in to Capital and regulatory forums as well as escalation to senior exec level within Heathrow.
