  • Harnessed category data to build listing argument within Morrisons, resulting in national listing within the account with turnover of over £1.5m GSV.
  • Identified significant gap within the market focussing on larger format packs and secured permanent branded listing within Lidl Scotland utilizing Nielsen and Kantar.
  • Oversaw a plethora of CPI's within the last 18 months, varying from price marked packs within convenience, catering packs within Brakes and Bidfood, to national CPI's within grocery and the discounter channel.

In my role as a coffee sales manager for Matthew Algie I managed a portfolio of independent accounts across several areas of Scotland and the northern areas of England. My role was effectively a 50/50 split between existing account management and new business.


  • Maintain ledger and deal with all customer queries as the principal point of contact.
  • Designed, costed out and created a coffee to go offering within a large UK symbol group.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and contacts within the business to ensure that all installations are planned effectively and communicated to the customer.
  • Grow territory sales versus plan and target new sites via a mix of cold calling and telesales leads.
