• i feel as if i have gained enough experience now to move to the next step. I feel this role is suited to me. I am flexible with time, and put a lot of extra shifts in over the year.
• im willing to learn as much as possible.

• Working on agency through martins tm, and conway learning different areas of tm.
• I put mymyself through my ltmo to gain more experience

• Operated as an op for one year, successfully obtaining class 2 licence and completing ipv classroom exam and assessments.
