I work as a bartender, serving drinks to customers and this helped me ensure that customers were satisfied. I am now able to work around and navigate any issues that arise in a productive manner.

I communicated clearly with kitchen staff for seamless coordination of food orders, and welcomed guests with friendly conversation and fun atmosphere.

Throughout this job I have worked multiple roles; serving customers, dining tables and working till. This helped me to cope within busy environments and have self discipline. This was a team effort and my colleagues and I needed to work together to ensure customers were happy and satisfied.

This job was where I learnt strong collaboration skills because I communicated well with my colleagues to ensure everything ran efficiently and customers were happy. I ensured that there was an optimised workflow in busy periods through successful coordination with the kitchen staff, and improved customer satisfaction by providing efficient and friendly service.

I worked as a waitress and also behind the bar during busy environments, which enabled me to work well under pressure.I also ordered and stocked beverage supplies and maintained the availability of popular drinks, whilst utilising professional communication skills to resolve customer complaints.

This was my first job, and I helped by stacking shelves and working with the deliveries that came through. This helped with my organisational skills because I had to make sure everything was up to date and checked, so customers had a successful experience when visiting the business. I also ensured customer satisfaction by keeping shelves well-stocked and neatly arranged, and assisted customers in finding products, enhancing their shopping experience.
