Grace Elizabeth Douglas

As an enthusiastic and conscientious young person, I always strive for perfection and ensure my tasks are completed thoroughly and to the best of my ability. I consider myself to be extremely reliable and organized, which will be beneficial for the role I am applying for. In addition, my bubbly, outgoing and welcoming personality will allow me to interact easily with customers and assist them if needed. I am polite, considerate, and able to prioritise tasks, all of which are skills that make me a good employee.

Leading link is a charity I have been volunteer at since September 2022. We have done a range of different events such as residential trips, after school clubs for children, escape rooms, running pantomimes, Blyth carnival, first aid training ect. All of the activities above have help me develop my teamwork skills, confidence, communication skills, organisation skills and problem solving. My favourite part of my volunteering role is interacting with new people and building strong connections with my team members, while also benefiting the communities we work with.
